Purcari Wineries is seeking forward an experienced Sales Analyst to join our Sales Team. The main responsibilities will involve compiling and analyzing sales and market data, providing valuable feedback and actionable insights to guide sales activities.

Job purpose:

In the role of Sales Analyst you will manage the collection, processing and preparation of periodic analytical reports.

This role involves deeply data analytics, preparing weekly/monthly reports and presenting those to the Senior Management Team and Sales Team. You should also be able to compare sales productivity upon reviewing sales history. If you are passionate about data, analytics, have great presentation skills and strong work ethics then we would be glad to have a word with you.


The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economy
  • Proven experience in data/sales analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, PPT, Power BI
  • Ability to operate with massive reports and databases
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Projection and forecasting skills
  • High proactivity and team collaboration
  • Ability to work independently and will cross-functional teams
  • Result-driven, cultured, and well presented
  • Fluent in Romanian and English languages

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Data analytics

  • Preparing weekly/monthly reports based on sales analytics using various specific tools
  • Creating sales forecasts, and make recommendations to optimize sales activities and increase market share
  • Collects data from different reports for analysis
  • Reviewing the company`s past and current sales performance

Reporting & Communication

  • Constantly updating the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) about the progress of the sales and provide reports on various sales metrics
  • Accurate data presentation using PPT or Power BI tools
  • Preparing proposals of optimizing sales activities

Process Improvement & Automatization:

  • Implementing, managing and improving sales analytics processes
  • Staying up-to-date with current trends in analytics area
  • Implement new tools to improve the automatization of the processes

Building of long- and short-terms strategies:

  • Implementing general plan to achieve one or more long-term or overall goals based on the analyzing data
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and finance, to ensure collection of the full data package for analytics
  • High proactivity skills mend to improve the collaboration
