Responsibilities:

  • Proactively schedule outbound meetings using a variety of methods (cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and research)
  • Effectively interact with potential clients, including C-suite executives and directors, conveying the value proposition of our product
  • Initiate discovery discussions with potential clients to understand their pain points
  • Provide relevant marketing materials to prospects to support the sales process
  • Build and nurture trusting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Generate and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring all activities are accurately documented in CRM software
  • Handle assigned inbound leads following best practices
  • Maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum 3 years of enterprise sales experience in the B2B software sector
  • Proficient in engaging with qualified leads via phone communication
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding expectations
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
  • Possesses a can-do, agile mindset suitable for a fast-growing environment
  • Demonstrates initiative when faced with challenges
  • Capable of effectively communicating, presenting to, and influencing individuals at all organizational levels
  • Excellent time management and communication abilities
  • Enthusiastic about sales opportunities
