AI Specialist - Development of AI Solutions, Chisinau

Frank Technology what presents the branches Tunetanken and of Scan-Plast in Moldova, is an international company that develops, produces and markets a large number of different products manufactured wholly or partly in fibre-reinforced composite materials. We therefore address many different industries and customer groups.

We are seeking a skilled AI Specialist to develop and implement AI solutions for internal and external communication. We are dedicated to leveraging the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning to optimize our business processes and create new opportunities.

Job Overview:
As an AI Specialist, you will play a central role in developing AI solutions that improve our internal communication and enhance our external customer interaction. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing AI technologies and methods to automate processes, analyze data, generate insights, and create personalized communication experiences. Additionally, you will also be involved in implementing AI solutions for our engineering department, sales department, and marketing department. These solutions should be capable of generating and analyzing data and visual materials that contribute to and complement our company's work methods and workflow efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI solutions to enhance our internal communication flows and collaboration processes.
• Apply machine learning and natural language processing to analyze and organize large volumes of text-based documents and data.
• Build intelligent systems that can identify patterns and make automated decisions based on incoming data.
• Develop/implement chatbots or virtual assistants to improve our customer interaction and marketing materials.
• Utilize computer vision to analyze images and videos to derive relevant information and generate insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and understand business needs and translate them into technical AI solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the solutions and make continuous optimizations and adjustments.
• Implement AI solutions for our engineering department, sales department, and marketing department to generate and analyze data and visual materials that contribute to workflow
• efficiency.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related fields.
• Strong experience with AI technologies and methods, including machine learning, neural networks, natural language processing, or computer vision.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Familiarity with popular AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit- learn.
• Ability to apply data analysis methods to make informed decisions and derive insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
• Creative thinking and the ability to think outside the box to solve complex problems with AI.
• Experience in implementing AI solutions for the engineering department, sales department, and marketing department would be advantageous.
