Responsible for the activity of the production department with the organizational objectives;
Participating in the elaboration of short-term and long-term production plans;
Compilation in collaboration with the heads of the subdivisions of the Production Department of the specifications for the elaboration of the projects: production launch, capacity extension, quality improvement of service, and the new and existing products;
Elaboration of investment plans and technological acquisitions leading to the achievement of economic profitability and competitiveness on the market;
Ensures the rhythmic supply of the production section with materials, fuels and equipment necessary for the realization of the production program;
Proposes and participates in the development of new products;
Participates in weekly, monthly meetings, in order to make effective decisions regarding the organization of work processes and process optimization;
Responsible for the activity of design and production of garments HoReCa, wine, non-standards, services, correct preparation of technical documentation;
Responsible for making the correct calculation notes and execution drawings, detailed plans;
Responsible for ensuring the quality of the finished product according to the orders received from the customer;
Adopting technical solutions to reduce cost;
Budget management and compliance with it;
Guidance and verification of the activity of the sections for the good maintenance of the installations and equipment;
Responsible for the correct operation of the equipment;
Presentation of activity reports;
Leads and designs continuous improvement and performance enhancement goals and strategies for improving the operations and processes within the organization in partnership with the Management
Team and key business stakeholders;
Drive sustainable improvements in quality, delivery/lead time and operational efficiency that are tied to Global goals;
