Tribe Tech Lead

Maib is looking for Tribe Tech Lead whose main responsibilities will include leading engineering competency & practices within Agile Orchestras and to support the Tribe Lead in realization of business objectives.

The Mission of the position will be to provide flexible, easy to use and innovative solution to customers to become #1 choice bank in payments.

The Scope - cards issuing, domestic & international payments, daily banking & loyalty programs, E-commerce, Digital payments, POS terminals and Self-service channels.

Main responsibilities:

Has background in IT Execution, with hands-on experience in programming, and with CI/CD, who understands modern architecture patterns, the digital technology space, and is capable of simplifying and decoupling legacy systems;
Is familiar with information security vulnerabilities and risk management;
Provides technical expertise within business domain;
Management of engineering competences needed to deliver & support business solutions efficiently;
Drives engineering practices and techniques towards best-in-class DevOps;
Ensures tech dependencies across squads and tribes are visible and squads own coordination of their work.

Qualifications:

4+years of experience in html5, javascript, nodejs and CSS3;
Strong experience in RESTFul web service;
Knowledge of libraries jQuery, Knockout, requires;
Good understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Bitbucket and CI/CD pipeline;
Basic knowledge of Jenkins, Docker.
