Systems Analyst (Trevolution)

Our internal travel systems are a crucial component of this mission, and we’re looking for a talented Systems Analyst to join our team and help us take our platform to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Product Owner (PO) and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business needs.
• Translate business ideas into precise technical requirements.
• Draft technical requirements for change requests and new features, and create acceptance criteria for Dev and QA teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to elaborate on new change requests or features.
• Dupport Developers and Quality Assurance engineers during development by answering questions and providing feedback.
• Analyze and seek ways to improve existing processes by simplifying and automating them.
• Maintain up-to-date system documentation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business or system analysis, design, and implementation.
• Prior experience in writing technical documentation, systems interactions, and flow diagramming.
• Collaborative work with Product Owners, Team Leads, Developers, and other Systems Analysts.
• Proficiency in methods and tools for business and systems analysis, and requirements engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to organize information for all stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian.

What will be considered an advantage:

• Ability to read and understand system logs.
• Familiarity with Kibana, Grafana, and Looker.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Background in systems integration and API.
• Degree in computer science or IT, with a focus on business and systems analysis, requirements and process engineering.
