Trevolution Group is the travel arm of Dyninno, providing data processing of airline travel information and travel services to individual and corporate clients.

• Rotation schedule: 6AM-3PM / 3PM-12AM / 5PM-2AM / 9PM-6AM.

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Building long-term relationships with clients based on trust and respect. 
• Become a travel industry expert (within our business operation) with a proactive approach. 
• Create tailored customer experience. 
• Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience (win-win cooperation). 
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value. 
• Applying multiple sales strategies  
• Manage all travel arrangements (Tickets, Hotels, Transfer, Car rent, VIP and fast track, Visa support, Travel insurance, Restaurants, Events).  
• Providing services in 100% accordance with internal SLAs and developed KPIs. 
• Formation of a package of documents for a business trip in each location.  
• Identifying industry trends and suggest improvement and innovation in travel policy and / or workflow when needed.  
• Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior. 
• Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services. 
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes. 
• Come up with initiatives, how to improve internal processes, workflow, scripts.

Ideal candidate: 

• A person with fluent English knowledge (Verbal and writing).
• Previous experience in travel industry and / or airline industry, as personal assistant or customer service (VIP CS  and / or VIP sales would definitely be a plus)
• Flexible and reliable.
• Skillful in planning and organizing.
• Ready to go always extra mile.
