We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our IT team. As a System Administrator, you will ensure the smooth operation and functionality of our organization's computer systems. Your expertise in setting up equipment, managing access rights, providing technical support, and working with operating systems will be essential in maintaining a reliable and secure IT infrastructure. In addition, this role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper setup of operating systems and required software;
  • Provide timely technical assistance and support to resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware;
  • Manage access rights and permissions to maintain data security and confidentiality;
  • Administer user accounts and objects in Active Directory and Exchange, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configurations;
  • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain an organized inventory of IT stock and coordinate procurement activities;
  • Maintain and update records of IT assets, ensuring accurate documentation and evidence of asset management;

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems;
  • Experience working with Windows servers 2003 - 2019;
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and group policy management;
  • Experience in configuring network equipment, specifically MikroTik devices;
  • Knowledge of VLAN organization and implementation;
  • Experience working with monitoring systems such as Zabbix or similar platforms;
  • Familiarity with different virtual environments and their management;
  • At least an intermediate level of English proficiency;
  • Good to have: Experience setting up and managing VPN tunnels for organizational use.
