About the job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Turrior's dynamic team. This remote position requires a candidate who has a proven track record of implementing successful sales strategies and driving business growth.

The ideal SDR will leverage their previous experience and strategic approach to generate leads, nurture prospects, and accelerate Turrior's sales pipeline. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term customers.

Key responsabilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate high-quality leads and accelerate the sales pipeline.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales development team to support company growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead conversion.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and emailing to engage potential customers.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to improve team performance and sales processes.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales team members to foster their professional development.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales development, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading a sales team to achieve growth targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, lead generation techniques, and sales funnel management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales engagement tools.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to coach and mentor sales team members, fostering professional growth and high performance.
