We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Odoo.sh ERP Specialist to join Smart Glass Technologies on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customizing and optimizing the Odoo.sh ERP platform to meet our specific business needs related to smart glass manufacturing and project management. This role involves tailoring modules for Leads, CRM, Project Management, Accounting, Vendor management, and coordination with installers. The specialist will work closely with our teams to enhance system workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support our growth through effective ERP solutions.

Key responsabilities

• Customize and configure Odoo.sh ERP modules including CRM, Project Management, Accounting, Vendors, and Installers.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand and implement ERP requirements specific to smart glass industry workflows.
• Develop and maintain backend logic using Python.
• Implement frontend/UI changes using XML, QWeb, JavaScript, and SCSS.
• Ensure smooth deployment and hosting via the Odoo.sh platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues to minimize downtime.
• Train staff on ERP functionalities and best practices.
• Continuously optimize ERP workflows to improve business efficiency.
• Document customizations and configurations for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo.sh features and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working with Odoo.sh ERP platform.
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
• Experience with frontend/UI technologies such as XML, QWeb, JavaScript, and SCSS.
• Familiarity with ERP deployment and hosting on Odoo.sh platform.
• Ability to customize modules like CRM, Project Management, Accounting, and Vendor management.
• Good understanding of smart glass manufacturing or similar industry workflows is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity.
