Smart Glass Technologies is a smart glass and smart film manufacturer and distributor based in the USA and Canada. The company was founded in 2018 in Miami, USA, by Vasile Turcan. We offer full project management solutions for clients that want to use our products, from manufacturing to installation.

We have representatives and offices in the biggest cities in the USA and Canada: Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Austin, Phoenix, Toronto, etc.
We work with architects, interior designers, builders, various banks and hospitals, and big-name clients like Netflix, Boeing Aerospace, and the Department of Defence, USA.
Luxury residential projects also have a large presence in our portfolio.

We are a fast-paced, growing company. We already have 8 managers in Moldova, and we plan to hire 2 more this month.

Sales Assistant Job Description:

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls - NO COLD CALLS!
• Follow up and respond to customer emails;
• CRM data recording;
• Set up appointments for the local installation team;
• Other miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Fluent in written and spoken English;
• Great communication skills;
• Great first impression;
• Feeling free and accommodating with the clients;
• Easy going, persuasive with the customer;
• Have your own home office where you can talk and take Zoom calls;
• Have your computer;
• Ability to read architectural plans is an advantage.
• Technical or electrical knowledge is an advantage.

What we offer:

• 2 weeks of paid training;
• Base salary of $1,000 net + monthly bonuses if you reach the monthly target;
• Additional yearly bonus of $1,200 if you reach the yearly target;
• $25 for a gym membership;
