Job Description:
As a Property Partnership Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our portfolio by engaging with potential partners (landlords) and persuading them to entrust their properties to our expert management. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence our growth and maintain our high standards of accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential property partners to discuss the benefits of our management services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, understanding their needs and concerns.
• Negotiate terms and finalize agreements to bring new properties into our management portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in sales
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Knowledge of the local property market in Dubai is highly advantageous.
