Junior IT Recruiter
We're hiring: Junior IT Recruiter
Are you at the beginning of your career in recruitment and eager to grow in a fast-paced, friendly environment? We’re looking for a Junior Recruitment Specialist who’s ready to learn, contribute, and help us find the best talent out there.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist in posting job ads and sourcing candidates via different platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media)
- Screen CVs and help schedule interviews
- Communicate with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience
- Maintain and update recruitment databases
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and support the full recruitment cycle
What we’re looking for:
- Some experience or internship in HR or recruitment is a plus
- Strong interest in recruitment and willingness to learn
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and good at multitasking
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
