We are looking for:
SAP COGS PP Business Analyst
Context: We are seeking a SAP CO S/4HANA consultant to provide expertise in ensuring the consistency of end-to-end solution integration. This role involves collaborating with the responsible IT teams throughout the implementation and deployment phases of the S/4HANA Finance project. The primary objective is to gain in-depth knowledge of the solution and oversee its implementation.
Responsibilities
Assist in business workshops to design the future Core Design, ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the S/4HANA Finance solution.
What we are looking for :
Assist in business workshops to design the future Core Design, ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the S/4HANA Finance solution.
- Support adjustments to CO and PP configurations based on workshop outcomes.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and development teams.
- Draft detailed specification documents in English.
- Provide MVP startup support.
- Identify post-MVP releases with the IT teams and define implementation methods to minimize operational impacts on the existing IS.
- Contribute to the integration, testing, and migration strategy.
- Provide digital expertise to refine solutions envisioned by the Product Owner, ensuring alignment with best practices and market standards.
- Advise on potential improvements in the product backlog.
- Assist the Product Owner in prioritizing the Product Backlog.
- Propose prioritization adjustments based on perceived business value.
- Ensure the Product Backlog remains visible, transparent, and well-documented.
- Define and detail each selected feature as a User Story, ensuring it is small enough to be implemented within one sprint and includes clear acceptance criteria.
- Understand and prioritize Technical Stories and Defect Stories suggested by the team.
- Clarify any User Story upon request from the Development Team during a sprint.
- Participate in and contribute to Agile events with the team.
What we are looking for :
- Strong business analysis expertise.
- Ability to model business flows in the new IS system based on S/4HANA.
- In-depth knowledge of controlling processes and flows.
- Experience in defining and managing interfaces for the CO and PP domains.
- Solid understanding of MM and FI integration.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA system configuration.
- Proficiency in working with Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in innovative projects with close business collaboration.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to synthesize information and provide clear insights.
- Comfortable sharing and transferring knowledge within Agile teams and with stakeholders.
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
