ERP Technical Analyst

Job Purpose:

The specialist plays a key technical role in ERP implementation and support projects using Charisma ERP. This position emphasizes strong SQL-based solution development and customization, while requiring solid communication skills to interact with clients, understand their needs, and assist with implementation aligned to business processes in the Retail and Distribution sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements in collaboration with business consultants and analysts to develop precise technical solutions.
• Develop and implement technical solutions using SQL Server and T-SQL, including stored procedures, performance tuning, and database configuration.
• Customize and technically adapt the Charisma ERP system to meet specific client needs.
• Install and deploy technical solutions at the client site; participate in integration and go-live activities.
• Support system testing, bug detection and resolution.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and assist in the handover to the support team.
• Provide user support and training to key users during and after system implementation.
• Collaborate with business consultants to support solution implementation with strong technical input.
• Mentor junior developers and review the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, with a solid understanding of database design and performance optimization.
• Working knowledge of C#, XML, JSON, PowerShell, or Python is a plus.
• Experience in ERP systems configuration, integration, and support.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in business-friendly language.
• Ability to understand client business processes and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work closely with consultants, developers, and analysts.
• Proficiency in English for professional collaboration with international clients and teams.
