• Collaborate closely with developers to create and test user-centered design solutions for large-scale products.
• Play an active role in shaping our product mindset by sharing your insights and opinions in discussions.
• Implement innovative and creative design concepts, pushing the boundaries of user experience.
• Manage your work independently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Engage in open discussions and contribute constructively to healthy work conflicts.

Requirements:

• Possess a strong product mindset, focusing on user-centered design and prototyping experience.
• Exhibit a visionary outlook, eagerly engaging in discussions with product managers and developers.
• Embrace a hands-on approach, ready to dive into projects and share your expertise.
• Proficiency in tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Showcase a portfolio that demonstrates your design expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• If you have graphic design skills, it's a significant plus(Product design, packaging, branding, etc.)
• Comfortable with mixing languages (English proficiency is a must).
• Embody the qualities of a partner, not just an executor, to collaborate closely with our product team.
