Text Analytics Specialist

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Text Analytics Specialist to work with our International Partners.

what you will be doing:

• NLU and Statistics Expertise: Apply statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can inform business strategies and decision-making
• Text Analytics Module Administration: Demonstrate admin-level knowledge of the Text Analytics module within the Medallia Admin Suite. Configure and manage Text Analytics topics (TA) to extract relevant insights from unstructured text data
• Topic Management: Create, modify, and manage Text Analytics topics (TA) within the Medallia Admin Suite. Develop topics that accurately capture key themes and sentiments expressed in customer feedback, enabling actionable insights and improvements.
• Knowledge Sharing: Share your expertise in Text Analytics with other team members to empower them to create valuable and meaningful TA dashboards and reports within the Medallia Admin Suite. Provide guidance and training on best practices for topic creation, analysis, and interpretation
• Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, business intelligence specialists, and customer experience professionals, to integrate Text Analytics insights into broader analytics initiatives and business processes

what we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• Knowledge of Natural Language Understanding (NLU), text analytics, and customer experience statistics
• R/Python knowledge
• Basic understanding of Dutch is a plus
• Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques and tools
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively share knowledge and insights with team members
• Experience with Medallia or similar customer experience management platforms is a plus
