Experienced Dispatcher with Load Boards (Amazon, Schneider, Uber Freight, J.B. Hunt, Coyote, Swift, CH Robinson, DAT)
+10 truck per dispatcher and Dedicated lanes!
Are you an experienced dispatcher with a deep understanding of popular load boards such as Amazon, Schneider, Uber Freight, J.B. Hunt, Coyote, Swift, CH Robinson, and DAT? If so, we want to hear from you! Join our dynamic team at Smart Dispatch and help us deliver top-notch dispatch services to our drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor load boards from Amazon, Schneider, Uber Freight, J.B. Hunt, Coyote, Swift, CH Robinson, and DAT to identify suitable freight opportunities.
- Coordinate with drivers to schedule and track deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve any transportation issues or disruptions quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher in the transportation industry.
- Proficiency in using load boards including Amazon, Schneider, Uber Freight, J.B. Hunt, Coyote, Swift, CH Robinson, and DAT.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance is a plus.
