Logbook Specialist
Join Smart Dispatch, a leading truck dispatch service provider operating across the USA. We're seeking a skilled Logbook Specialist to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. As a Logbook Specialist, you'll be the frontline support for our clients, ensuring compliance, efficiency in trucking operations and maximizing their satisfaction with our platform.
Responsibilities
- Promptly assist clients via phone, email, and voicemail
- Accurately configure drivers, vehicles and devices
- Provide technical support for reports, passwords and accounts
- Guide ELD device setup and integration
- Communicate updates and enhancements to clients
- Educate clients on device functionality and best practices
- Address logbook inquiries and gather feedback
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues
Qualifications
- Experience in the trucking industry as Logbook Specialist
- Proficiency in English, Russian and Romanian (B2+)
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, stress resistance and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Great team player with a customer service orientation
