Customer Experience Platform Expert

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Customer Experience Platform Expert to work with our International Partners.

what you will be doing:

• Customer Experience Platform Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Medallia/Qualtrics to effectively manage and optimize the platform for our organization's needs
• Change Management Oversight: Oversee all changes within the CEX platform ecosystem and assess their impact. Implement effective change management strategies to minimize disruption and ensure smooth transitions
• Collaboration with IT/BI: Work closely with our IT and Business Intelligence teams to understand the workflow and requirements of the IT/BI environment. Collaborate on integration projects to ensure seamless data exchange and alignment with organizational goals
• Best Practice Implementation: Bring in and implement best practices for the use of Medallia within our organization. Continuously evaluate and enhance processes to optimize performance, user experience, and insights gained from the platform
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Medallia functionalities, best practices, and new features. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for troubleshooting and resolving issues

what we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience working with Customer Experience Platforms like Medallia, Qualtrics.
• Experience with Salesforce platform
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Fluent in English
• Stress management skills
• Have ability to work independently
