After Hours Carrier Support (starting $1500 net/month)

We are IGTeam, a young and dynamic group of enthusiasts, providing dispatch and logistics services for the American transportation market right in the heart of Chisinau.
We are with IGT Logistics, an American freight brokerage, specializing in over-the-road trucking, as well as international shipping.

We are currently hiring for an After Hours Carrier Support position.
Core Duties:

• Effectively communicate any load info, updates, or details between customers and our internal departments;
• Prioritize updates daily- communicate with carrier stakeholders & update internally;
• Operate macro point, mapping tools, and CRM to ensure loads are picked up & delivered on time;
• Assist in data entry- specifically for load build + RFP.

Skills:

• Proactive - see issues before they happen;
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders;
• Ability to deal with different personalities (drivers, dispatchers, etc).

Salary Pay:

• Starting Net Pay: $1500/month;
• Great pay based on performance.

Candidate requirements:

• Advanced English level, both verbal and written;
• Great communicational and negotiation skills;
• Ability to multitask and give attention to detail. Must be a problem solver;
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google products;
• Sales experience is preferred but not required;
• Availability to work Saturday till Wednesday: 
  Sat - Sun 15:00 - 23:00
  Mon - Wed 00:00 - 08:00.
