Truck Dispatchers (from $1000 net and paid training)

We are IG Team, a young and dynamic group of enthusiasts, providing dispatch and logistics services for the American transportation market right in the heart of Chisinau.
This is a great job opportunity for individuals who are interested in the US transportation and logistics industry and want to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a dispatcher with IGTeam, you will be responsible for:

• negotiating rates and securing loads for trucks, 
• managing multiple drivers at a time, and 
• troubleshooting problems as they arise. 

Experience is a plus, it is not required as we provide training to help you succeed in this exciting role.

You can expect to receive:

Our candidate's requirements:

• Advanced level of English, both verbal and written;
• Great communicational and negotiation skills;
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google products;
• Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations;
• Availability to work night shifts Monday-Friday from 15:00 to 24:00.
