-plans, organizes and follows up on project activities (workshops, roundtables, expert meetings, focus groups, etc.) in accordance with the Full Proposal and Activities Plan;
-ensures quality and relevance of programmes for activities, prepares documentation and oversees the preparation by local partners;
-prepares relevant meetings, drafts meeting minutes and lists of decisions;
-drafts reports, briefing notes, speaking points, official correspondence and other contributions;
-provides technical and substance briefings to short-term experts prior to and during their missions;
-drafts terms of reference for different contractual engagements;
-ensures the logistics of the project;
-selects local service providers and negotiates contracts in consultation with the Country Programme Manager;
-ensures close budgetary follow-up of all project expenditures, in accordance with International IDEA regulations and procedures and donor requirements;
-monitors and follows up on purchase orders and contracts;
-contributes to raising the project’s visibility by providing substantial input for websites and social media;
-informs the Country Programme Manager and International IDEA’s focal points about the implementation of the project;
-contributes to the efficient functioning of the office, in collaboration with the Country Programme Manager and the Country Programme Coordinator;
-preparing the offers, presentations, starting negotiations;
-contracts drafting, signing and management;
-projects coordination;
-risk evaluation /underwriting;
-management the insurance contract with the clients;
-responsible for making the suspected transactions identified in the Department;
-ensure a proper communication with the insurance intermediaries and their training regarding insurance products;
-participation to the strategic planning regarding personal insurance;
-drafting quarterly, half-yearly, annual reports;
-control of economic and financial indicators within the department activity.

-coordinating the correspondence with the partners/ business sponsors of the organization;
-attracting and retaining new partners/ sponsors;
-coordinating the group activities;

-ensure a proper communication between national and international partners of NIJ and other similar institutions;
-promotion of NIJ priorities and interests in relations with external partners;
-development of documents (collaboration agreements, correspondence, informational, invitation letters, activity proposals) necessary to carry out the work process within department;
-organization of NIJ delegations visits abroad;
-ensuring the participation of NIJ’ staff, trainers and beneficiaries in training activities;
-accessing external assistance instruments and providing the necessary support in implementation of project activities;
-ensure proper organization of the activities planned in the context of the projects, implemented with the support of external partners;
-monitoring and drafting of the comprehensive reports on the achieved results;
