As Order Manager I was responsible of overseeing and coordinating the entire order delivery process of healthcare products, through pro-active collaboration with other Supply Chain functions. I executed all order processing activities in SAP and other supporting applications, including order screening for configuration completeness and order changes due to Customer or Factory requests. I was in contact with the factories and the 3rd party suppliers to make sure the orders are delivered to the warehouse or to the customer complete and on time. I was managing a team of 3FTE’s being in charge of meeting the daily KPI’s. As our department had to be outsourced to Poland, I supported with daily operations and transfer activities for a successful transition, such as knowledge transfer sessions. In addition, with other team members we were continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling.
