• Budget generation and management of circa £30 million per annum including labour & overheads.

• Engage with the customer in regards to catering changes, commercial reviews, KPI review.

- Successfully delivered high profile projects for customer involving new catering routes such as Hong Kong, Club Europe Changes across all Short Haul Routes, and Qatar flights during BA Crew Strike Period.
- Leadership experience ranging from 5 colleagues to 400 colleagues.
- Training completed such as IOSH, Prince, Risk Management, Commercial Finance, and Site Leadership.
