My role involved in the day-to-day operation of technology applications and
equipment. I provided desk-side and remote-side assistance in resolving technical
support issues to customers for Point-of-Sale software and hardware. I performed
installations, repairs, upgrades, backups, and other maintenance tasks. Also, my
duties included maintenance and support of all client computers (servers, desktops,
cash registers, and laptops), databases, network, separate printers and all other IT
equipment, depending on support contracts. I have worked with equipment such as
Datalogic, Citizen, Dibal, Mettler Toledo, Zebra, Sunlux, Honeywell, Wincor Nixdorf,
FEC, Ingenico, Verifone and others.
My duties included server administration, network laying and connection, installation
and configuration video surveillance systems, PC and multimedia service, ensuring
the security of the information structure.
