Our team is building a high load and real-time transaction processing platform with over 780M transactions per day and growing. The project is written from scratch on the latest tech stacks with dynamically scalable microservices/cluster architecture in mind. We are TDD and Agile followers and looking for a strong DevOps with a passion for doing things right.

About your key responsibilities and impact:

Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering;
Conceptualizing original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks;
Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices. Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding;
Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas;
Working with different content management systems;
Incorporating functionalities and features into websites;
Testing and improving the design of the website;
Preparing design plans, presenting the website structure and key deliverables to stakeholders;
Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Essential professional experience:

3+ years of proven work experience as a Web Designer;
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio;
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps;
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design and wire-framing tools;
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction;
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively;
Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies;
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team;
Presentation skills;
Upper intermediate English.
