Tender Manager

We are a team of professionals with more than 12+ experience on EMEEA market, developing top-quality Cloud, iOS, Android and Web application services. We’re looking for a Tender Manager to write business proposals in order to win new business for the organization and be the face of EBS Integrator. You will be responsible for identifying, creating, and submitting bids for identified tenders. We are interested in hiring a real team player who is ready to collaborate, learn and grow. 

A top-notch Tender Manager will be able to write effective proposals while adhering to budgetary and time constraints. Ideal candidates should demonstrate a sound understanding of the industry, and be able to communicate and negotiate with a range of stakeholders. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Identifying opportunities for tender proposals; 
• Deep analysis of the tender (risk analysis, profitability analysis);
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation; 
• Interacting with the BA department to evaluate the costs and elaborate the proposals; 
• Writing and editing proposals; 
• Presenting compelling proposals; 
• Offers negotiation with the client;
• Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines; 
• Maintaining the tender database, records, and related documentation;
• Lost causes analysis, offer improvements;
• Networking/participation in public events.

Job Requirements: 

• University degree in Sales/Marketing/Business and Management/Law/Informational Technology;
• Sales experience 3 years min. in B2B (IT, software products) or Acquisition experience B2B; 
• Proficiency in English/Romanian/Russian, spoken and written; 
• Project management skills: (risk analysis, tracking deadlines, profitability analysis);
• Well-developed negotiation skills; 
• Good planning and organizational skills; 
• Self-discipline and integrity; 
• Good team player.
