Middle / Senior Project Manager

We are a team of professionals with more than 14+ experience on EMEEA market, developing top-quality Cloud, Mobile and Web application services.

We are currently looking for an Middle/Senior Project Manager to join our team - someone who will take the lead in planning, organizing, and directing the successful completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the defined scope and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage one or more cross-functional IT projects of different complexity, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate and oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through design, development, testing, implementation, and delivery.
• Lead project teams and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, etc.
• Track key project milestones and proactively adjust resources and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Apply Agile methodologies and best practices to ensure high-quality delivery, timely execution, and transparency in progress.
• Ensure that engineers and teams fully understand the business domain and processes relevant to the client.
• Establish and implement efficient project management processes to ensure predictability and control across all phases of the SDLC.
• Take ownership of results, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the department's and company’s growth and reputation.
• Participate in client meetings, kick-offs, and demos with strong presentation and facilitation skills.

What are we looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing IT projects, with a strong understanding of software development cycles.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to adapt methodologies based on the project and team needs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to guide, influence, and build high-performing teams.
• Experience in managing project documentation, risk tracking, and change management.
• Good understanding of software development best practices.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).
• Project Management certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Romanian.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
