Role

Develop and customize 1C and 1C:Enterprise configurations to meet business needs, including modules for finance, production, sales, logistics, and HR.
Participate in the complete software lifecycle: gather requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy solutions within the 1C ecosystem.
Perform system integration between 1C and other business systems (e.g., CRM, BI platforms, or cloud-based solutions).
Diagnose and resolve system bottlenecks, optimize performance, and debug issues in production and pre-production environments.
Maintain and enhance the existing 1C configurations, ensuring code quality, modularity, and adherence to best practices.
Participate in technical design and code reviews to improve system maintainability and performance.
Provide ongoing technical support and training for users to ensure effective use of 1C systems.
Document processes, customizations, and solutions to enhance team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Proven 3+ years of expertise in 1C development, including experience with 1C:Enterprise and 1c 8.x platform (configuration, administration, and scripting).
Proven expertise in “Contablizare 4.0”
Strong knowledge of1C modules such as Accounting, Warehouse, Production, and Payroll as a plus.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MS SQL, or Oracle) used in conjunction with 1C.
Experience in system integration (e.g., 1C with third-party systems, REST APIs, or data exchange using XML/JSON).
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) for managing 1C configurations and collaborative development.
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques in 1C configurations and databases.
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure or AWS and their integration with enterprise systems is a plus.
Strong documentation skills to ensure maintainability and scalability of developed solutions.
