SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Customization of SAP SuccessFactors modules according to the client's needs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the developed solutions meet business needs.
- Debugging and troubleshooting system errors and providing solutions.
- Creating test cases and performing testing activities to ensure quality and reliability of the developed solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
- Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) would be beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- English language level minimum B1; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- SAP Certifications are a benefit.
