Safety and Compliance Associate

Select Corporation, an interstate trucking company based in the US, seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Safety Department.

Position: Safety Department Associate
Location: On-site
Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: depending on the experience.

Key Duties:

• Monitor DOT/FMCSA safety compliance
• Conduct safety audits and inspections
• Investigate incidents and maintain reports
• Provide safety training to staff
• Maintain driver qualification and safety records
• Support insurance claims and audits
• Promote a proactive safety culture

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations
• Experience in trucking, logistics, or fleet safety (1–2 years preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to conduct safety training and write reports
• Ability to work independently during scheduled hours
