Q&A Specialist (Junior | Middle)
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Q&A specialist to join our team at Qoobus. As a Q&A specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our platform and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute testing plans for new features and updates.
- Identify and report bugs and other issues.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve issues.
- Conduct thorough testing of all new features before they are released to users.
- Continuously monitor the platform to ensure its smooth operation and high-quality performance.
- Maintain detailed records of all tests performed, issues found, and resolutions implemented.
- Analyze user feedback and work to incorporate it into the development process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Q&A testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of software development and testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodology is preferred.
