Responsibilities:
- Designing and Developing Machine Learning Models:
- Create and implement machine learning models that process and analyze large data sets.
- Apply advanced computer science concepts to solve complex problems.
Programming and Algorithm Development:
- Write code using programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
- Develop high-performance algorithms for AI solutions.
- Experience in system integrations (e.g. AxWay) und able to fix issues.
Integration and Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and other tech teams.
- Understand project requirements and create viable solutions.
- Optimize AI solutions for efficiency.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent Communication: Explain complex concepts to non-technical team members.
- Problem-Solving: Innovate and find solutions to challenging issues.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in algorithms and error identification.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the rapidly evolving AI technology.
Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in computer science, mathematics, and statistics.
- Knowledge of Computer system integrations.
- Proficiency in Python and R.
- Experience with cloud platforms (a plus).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow (an advantage).
