Personal Assistant to the CEO

Paynet specializes in B2B and B2C technology projects in the financial services (Fintech) sector, such as electronic payment processing, customer loyalty management systems, e-money services, and online payment acceptance solutions.

We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to the CEO who will support the executive in day-to-day tasks, communication, and coordination across departments.

This role requires excellent language skills, a sharp analytical mind, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the right hand to the CEO in daily operations;
  • Attend internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO;
  • Take structured meeting notes and prepare actionable summaries;
  • Coordinate and follow up on cross-department tasks and reporting (including regular reports for Paynet departments);
  • Support with the preparation of presentations and company materials;
  • Manage and organize the CEO’s schedule and priorities;
  • Represent the company in meetings and events when required.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent in English, Romanian, and Russian (both written and spoken — all three languages are essential);
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel;
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines;
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and professional in all communications;
  • Flexible and available to accompany the CEO to meetings and off-site events.
