Role Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of digital products in online payment systems. The role focuses on building scalable, high-performing, user-centered solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing digital products related to online payment systems;
• Defining business needs for digital payment products, preparing business specifications and submiting them for development;
• Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of digital products;
• Evaluation studies of the use of digital products;
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of digital product,defining key success indicators and product performance data;
• Propose the vision for digital product metrics improvement;
• Planning and defining the priority of the development of products and functionalities related to digital products (Product backlog maintenance);
• Maintaining documentation of digital products.

Mandatory skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields;
• Hands-on experience in launching digital products and managing product/process cycles. Experience with online payment systems or digital financial services is a strong advantage;
• Practical knowledge of tools like JIRA and Figma;
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Google Analytics 4, Google Firebase;
• Applied knowledge of MVP, go-to-market strategy, and product lifecycle management;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines with minimal supervision;
• Effective communication and documentation skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams;
• Knowledge of Russian, Romanian, English.
