What You’ll Be Doing:

• Dispatch open deck trucks (flatbed, step deck, flatbed conestoga)
• Book profitable loads
• Plan routes, reduce deadhead, and optimize truck schedules
• Communicate with drivers and provide daily support
• Track performance and hit weekly revenue targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience dispatching open deck equipment
• Strong knowledge of market rates, lanes, and broker negotiation
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (Russian/Spanish a plus)
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Solution-oriented and able to handle pressure calmly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
