Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a positive player experience.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improving the gaming experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the operational efficiency of the gaming platform and make recommendations for improvement.
• Assist customers with in-game purchases and related inquiries, ensuring smooth transactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Execute tasks assigned by project managers in a timely manner, contributing to the overall success of game development projects.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Russian, with good verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in customer service or game operations roles, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with gaming platforms and the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
