Radacini Wines is a leading still & sparkling wine producer, managing over 1000 hectares of own vineyards of both international and local grape varieties in all 3 wine growing regions of Republic Moldova. We operate a state of art winery in Cricova and 3 primary processing wineries near our vineyards. The total production capacity is over 7.5 million bottles per year. RADACINI Wines is the first winery in Moldova with BRS and IFS certification.

Radacini Wines SRL - is seeking an experienced Export Manager to develop new markets and business opportunities. The successful candidate will play an important role in shaping route to market, long term development plans and building the brand awareness worldwide!

Key Responsibilities:

• To define and manage business development processes in the assigned areas
• Assessment of potential local importers and distribution partners, competitive frame and portfolio options
• Analysis of export markets and development of an integrated database of clients, channels and key supermarket chains in each market
• Responsible for creating the pitch-package and presentations about the group, the product portfolio, addressed to potential customers
• Strong and permanent collaboration with marketing and production areas to formulate successful strategies and develop annual sales plans
• Promotes the company's products with a focus on the online environment, also using the distribution channels of the company's local importers or distributors
• Market study of retailers through the prism of pre-set performance indicators: total sales volume, wine sales volume, portfolio focus, focus on imports/products from certain countries, which regions they cover in a market
• Elaboration of the business model per territory/distribution channel (price formation, involved parties, mark-up/margin for each involved party, etc., planogram and visibility of the product on the shelf, defining the obligations of the parties in the investment process in the market)
• Direct communication with importers, representatives of online stores to identify opportunities to develop the company's products in the respective area
• Identification of influential actors (decision-makers) in the online and offline environment of each market/channel
• Identify potential risks within the export strategies and develop proactive actions to manage and minimize them
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the export markets and best practices

Education and experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in economy, international relations or marketing;
• Proven experience in sales / export business
• Expertise in using the MS Office package
• Negotiation and persuasion skills
• Analytical and business communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability and wish to travel abroad for participation in international expositions and meeting the partners
• Analytical thinking, result orientation and proactivity
• High proactivity and team collaboration
• Result-driven, cultured, and well presented
• Fluency in English and Romanian. Other foreign languages are an advantage
