As a Logistics Dispatcher (Expedite) at Starbriges, you will play a key role in our fast‑growing logistics operation, coordinating time‑sensitive freight and ensuring on‑time deliveries for our clients across the U.S. market. Key responsibilities
- Coordinate expedited shipments across the U.S. market, ensuring on‑time pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate daily by phone and email in English with drivers, carriers, and customers.
- Monitor loads in transit, proactively resolve issues, and provide timely status updates.
- Negotiate rates and schedules with carriers to ensure both service quality and profitability.
- Work with internal systems to create, update, and track loads and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Handle unexpected situations (delays, breakdowns, last‑minute changes) with a solution‑oriented mindset.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and clear communication in all interactions.
- Follow internal processes and contribute ideas for improving dispatch efficiency.
- Report key performance indicators and results to management on a regular basis.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong spoken and written English, comfortable communicating with U.S. clients and drivers.
- Experience in logistics / trucking / dispatch / customer support is a plus, but not mandatory for fast learners.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly result‑oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Responsible, organized, and attentive to details.
- Willingness to work in‑office, aligned with U.S. market hours.
- Openness to intensive training, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, CRM or dispatch systems).
