B2B User Acquisition Specialist via Reddit & Facebook Communities

Turrior is an AI-powered Hiring Assistant that helps companies find, evaluate, and hire talent faster. We’re looking for a B2B User Acquisition Specialist via Reddit & Facebook Communities with strong US market experience to bring in qualified business users from communities.

Your job: find our US-based ICP, join the conversation the right way, and turn it into signups and demos for Turrior (AI Hiring Assistant), primarily via Reddit and Facebook communities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify US-focused subreddits and Facebook groups (US founders, HR leaders, recruiters, agencies, SaaS/AI startups, etc.).
• Actively participate in discussions in a non-spammy, value-first way to generate interest and leads for Turrior.
• Create and run community-driven campaigns (posts, threads, AMAs, collaborations) that bring US users into our funnel.
• Build a repeatable playbook for user acquisition from Reddit & Facebook (processes, templates, messaging) focused on US B2B audiences.
• Test and optimize hooks, angles, and offers tailored to US companies to increase responses, signups, and demo bookings.
• Track and report on key metrics: engagement, leads, signups, demos, and CAC.
• Work directly with the founder to refine ICP, positioning, and messaging for US B2B, SaaS, and AI buyers.
• Document your playbooks, experiments, and learnings so we can scale what works.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience acquiring B2B users from Reddit and/or Facebook groups, specifically for the US market.
• Strong background with B2B SaaS and/or AI tools (HR / recruiting tools is a big plus).
• You can show concrete examples where your community work led to signups, demos, or paying customers for a SaaS or AI product.
• Deep understanding of US buyer mindset (tone, culture, what is considered spam vs. value, what offers work).
• Strong written English – you can write comments, posts, and DMs that feel human, helpful, and natural to US audiences.
• Data-aware: you think in experiments, funnels, and numbers, not just “posting for visibility”.
• Experience working in lean, small teams where you own both strategy and hands-on execution.
