Junior Legal Adviser

We are looking for a Junior Legal Adviser to join our team. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and clarity in agreements, help manage negotiations, and handle inquiries involving unpaid accounts and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll do:

• Handle legal aspects of contracts with customers, including NDAs, redlines, and unpaid accounts
• Draft and review legal documents such as inquiries, claims, letters, and settlement agreements
• Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Advanced English (written and spoken), plus good command of Romanian and/or Russian
• Experience editing and commenting on legal agreements in English, with the ability to argue contract changes in discussions (EU/UK jurisdictions)
• Strong communication and legal writing skills
• Excellent research abilities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills in fast-paced environments
• Basic understanding of IT-related legal topics (e.g. software licensing, IT services) is a plus
