Junior DEX Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and testing entry-level to intermediate automations under guidance
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation and operational runbooks
• Developing scripts using PowerShell, shell scripting, and/or Python
• Integrating scripts and automations with other systems using APIs
• Supporting and enhancing end user computing environments
• Participating in troubleshooting, debugging, and continuous improvement efforts
• Contributing to automation solutions that run reliably in large enterprise environments

Job requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Desktop Engineering, Endpoint Engineering, Digital Workplace, or EUC-related roles
• Foundational understanding of endpoint performance, user experience, and remediation concepts
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows endpoint environments; macOS exposure is a plus
• Working knowledge of PowerShell and scripting concepts, with the ability to read and modify scripts
• Experience supporting enterprise environments with large endpoint populations preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows endpoint environments
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn DEX platforms and automation tooling
• Basic understanding of automation concepts and API-based integrations
• Familiarity with modern IT tools, scripting environments, and logging concepts
• Foundational understanding of enterprise infrastructure fundamentals, including networking, identity, and basic security principles
• English communication skills.
