Incident Analyst

We are looking for an Incident Analyst for one of our clients working in Warehouse industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with specific application administrators to implement consistent enterprise application setup, architecture, information, rules, and access
• Manages application instance configurations and enterprise applications
• Manages implementation projects
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues.
• Experience in Linux, Windows
• Previous experience with C#, Java
• Basic coding knowledge and the ability to read C#
• Understanding of PostgreSQL and SQL
• Debugging capabilities and a strong analytical mindset
• Ability to research and find relevant information independently
• Good spoken and written English is required
