Information Security Analyst

US Software Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst to join our Corporate Security Department. In this role, you will monitor system usage and user activity to identify potential threats, analyze security incidents, and support compliance with internal security policies. You will collaborate closely with IT and Security teams to strengthen our defenses, enhance data analysis and reporting processes, and promote a strong cybersecurity culture across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor system usage and user activity to identify any irregular or suspicious actions;
• Collect and structure data from various sources (apps, firewall logs, application logs) to support investigations and reporting;
• Analyze security incidents such as phishing attempts, unauthorized access, and data leaks, and collaborate with the IT team to resolve them;
• Prepare regular reports on employee compliance with internal security policies;
• Update of information classification rules and support employee awareness training on cybersecurity best practices;
• Support the automation of data collection and analysis processes in cooperation with the IT Security Support team;
• Contribute to post-incident reviews and lessons learned exercises.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Telecommunications or similar;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics, IT security or similar fields;
• Basic understanding of networking, protocols and attack methods;
• Knowledge of data processing and cleaning;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
