US Software Solutions is looking for an Accountant Specialist who will manage our company’s accounting operations, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions;
• Performing bank reconciliations and reconciling general ledger accounts;
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and month-end closing processes;
• Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping of financial transactions;
• Collecting, verifying, and entering payroll data into the payroll system;
• Calculating salaries, taxes, contributions, and other deductions according to tax legislation and individual employment contracts;
• Providing support to employees in clarifying payroll, tax, and deduction-related matters;
• Meeting legal deadlines and internal company policy requirements.
