US Software Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and oversee the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing engineering teams, strong knowledge of project management methodologies, and excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure high-quality execution of projects within established deadlines;
• Report on project status, timelines, risks, and provide recommendations to address challenges;
• Apply project planning methodologies (Lean, Kanban, Scrum, etc.) as appropriate;
• Manage the engineering team: monitor delivery quality, oversee training, and conduct performance evaluations;
• Negotiate with clients on technical aspects and execution terms.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Proven project management experience;
• Experience in the construction industry or telecommunications engineering;
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems, engineering processes, authorization, and construction methods;
• Expertise in developing telecommunications engineering systems;
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Management.
