HEAD OF IT DEPARTMENT, CHISINAU

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, development, maintenance and implementation of information systems aimed at solving IT tasks;
• Analysis of business processes with a view to their subsequent automation, development of technical specifications, testing of software, and compilation of analytical reports;
• Reengineering and automation of business processes using 1C:Enterprise configuration objects;
• Provide assistance to user departments of the enterprise in implementing and setting up automated CRM, ERP systems, including the use of artificial intelligence technologies;
• Creation of front-end and back-end architecture and design of IT systems;
• Organization of information storage;
• Development of reports and processing;
• Writing programs/plugins/scripts;
• Improve software development process, prevent defects, and identify errors in IT systems operation;
• Team leader - oversee the IT department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher technical education;
• Understanding of the fundamentals of business processes such as production, procurement, sales, and warehouse management;
• Experience in analyzing relevant business processes to improve their efficiency;
• Experience in coordinating process automation requirements and drafting technical specifications;
• Experience in the projects of business processes optimization and automation;
• Experience working with automated ERP systems, preferably 1C ERP;
• Understanding of programming algorithms and Software development life cycle;
• Experience in software development, preferably using 1C language;
• Technical English language proficiency;
• Strong communication and analytical skills;
• Experience in team management is preferred.
