Head of Customer Support

Paynet specializes in B2B and B2C technology projects in the financial services (Fintech)sector, such as electronic payment processing, customer loyalty management systems, e-money services, and online payment acceptance solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 9 customer support agents;
  • Establish efficient processes for interaction with other departments regarding request handling;
  • Propose ways to optimize resources (technical, software, and others) needed for the effective operation of the support service;
  • Provide necessary daily and monthly reports;
  • Handle and analyze incoming emails and respond to customer inquiries;
  • Cancel and analyze payments when applicable;
  • Check and resolve daily system errors;
  • Maintain records of payment terminals and provide necessary support to agents/entrepreneurs using them;
  • Offer informational and consulting support to agents and clients.
Requirements:
  • Advanced PC and MS Excel user;
  • Diligence, willingness to learn, and a results-oriented approach;
  • Ability to lead and work in a team, maintain constructive communication, and persuade when needed;
  • Fluency in Romanian and Russian (both written and spoken);
  • Previous experience in a similar position (would be an advantage).
