Head Accountant

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience of 5 to 10 years in the financial and accounting field, with a focus on trade, import, export, and online payments.
• Higher or secondary education.
• Proficiency in Romanian, Russian, and English languages.
• Experience with 1C 8.3, knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Experience in banking accounting, especially account entries, and experience in online commerce, is an advantage.
• Management and coordination of the accounting team.
• Ensuring compliance with tax and financial legislation in all aspects of the company's operations, including financial, tax, and regulatory reports to the National Bank of Moldova (BNM).
• Efficient communication and collaboration with regulatory authorities, auditors, and the financial department.
• Management of cash terminal operations.
